Sufyan is an amazing lead designer and one of the best I've had the chance to collaborate with. We worked together on a huge integration project with entities that are separate due to the nature of the businesses. This means Sufyan needed to navigate not only the complexity of the project but also of the organisations' structure and constraints. He excelled at both.

He was the official design lead who brought teams together by setting up cadences and toolings to enable better working processes. He also rallied the team and got the right stakeholders to align on multiple key decisions. Sufyan always ensured clarity of information and next steps for all parties involved and unblocked issues for all designers working on the project. I really enjoyed working with Sufyan and am really grateful to have him lead the project (makes our lives really easy!)

I want to thank Sufyan for the past three years of collaboration. During this time, I have witnessed a designer's growth and outstanding performance. He is not only an excellent problem solver, but also good at exploring feasible solutions and logically analyzing and validating them one by one. He also has a rare ability in problem analysis. His insights are never disappointing, and even inspire the entire team.

In addition, his greatest strength is his ability to understand and listen to others. This advantage works well in user research. His empathy, analytical, and execution and coordination abilities can quickly summarize and organize user pain points and quickly apply them to product development.
